Thanksgiving 2008 in the history books

Like most of you, we've actually had 3 Thanksgiving dinners since Thursday and we are still working on the leftovers. I think there's still a couple of dinners left in the fridge. It was all yummy - turkey, stuffing, mashed potato casserole, sweet potato casserole, spinach casserole (the new addition this year), gravy, apple, pecan, and pumpkin pies. But the best part about dinner was the company that we were able to share it with. Jeremy, his fiancee Margaret, and son Jeremy spent the holiday with Gene, Arlene, George, and me. We taught Margaret how to play the card game Setback and we teamed up for some Trivial Pursuit challenges. Of course, there was plenty of football to enjoy (or endure). As our guests left for home this morning, it occured to me that the only thing missing was for me to snap some photos of them. Oh well, at least I got some pictures of the food!
